Welcome to PakistanGate Travels & Tours. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from PakistanGate. Verbal agreements are not binding.

1.2 Payment Terms

• A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 7 days of departure, 100% payment is required upfront.
• Payment must be made via bank transfer to our official account. Details are provided at checkout.

1.3 Price Validity

Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation. PakistanGate reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in fuel costs, government taxes, or currency fluctuations, with prior notice to the client.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Client

• 15+ days before travel: 90% refund of total amount paid.
• 8–14 days before travel: 70% refund of total amount paid.
• 3–7 days before travel: 50% refund of total amount paid.
• Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund. The full amount is forfeited.

2.2 Hotel Bookings

Hotel booking cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. The applicable policy is shown on the booking page. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2.3 Cancellation by PakistanGate

In the unlikely event that PakistanGate must cancel a trip due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, security concerns), a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.

2.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment account.

3. Itinerary & Changes

PakistanGate reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of equal or higher quality will be provided where possible. No compensation is payable for minor itinerary changes.

4. Travel Documents & Permits

It is the responsibility of the traveller to hold a valid Pakistani CNIC (for nationals) or passport and valid visa (for international tourists). Permits for restricted areas will be arranged by PakistanGate as part of the package, but final approval rests with the relevant government authorities.

5. Health & Safety

High-altitude destinations (Hunza, Skardu, Deosai, Khunjerab) involve risks associated with altitude sickness. PakistanGate recommends consulting a physician before travel to elevations above 3,500m. Clients travel at their own risk and are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Liability

PakistanGate acts as an organiser of travel services provided by third parties (hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or consequential damages arising from the acts or omissions of these third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.

7. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for booking management and communication purposes and is not sold to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
